I was selling on ebay...I was handling my account in all the right ways...I made some mistakes but who doesn't I am human...(I will never walk on water). I posted a purse that I should never have touched..but hey it was only $10 and I never said it was real!
Ok that said and done..I was also selling dvd's that were upgrades to BMW navigation systems...they were licensed and I was selling for someone else...who of course now has moved on since I lost my selling privileges...that made my defect rate skyrocket even though we handled every CS problem and only had like 2 negatives in a 6 month selling period and one was not even for that.
Ebay never questioned my selling of those dvds or I would have provided the licensing and all would have been fine...they took a few listings down once...and when I relisted they never questioned me...then one day in March BAM...all my listings were down and I was banned for life from ever selling again!
Well since all my eggs were in one ebay basket of course I am screwed! that was my only income and finding another "selling venue" as ebay told me I would have to find is almost impossible...since ebay is the big kid on the block.
I have tried several different sites...and nothing sells...I am sitting on a "room" full of customer clothes, knickknacks and other things I need to sell....
so I called ebay again and begged and pleaded was told they could not lift the ban....
EBAY IS A HEARTLESS MACHINE....
